Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: Honda Sensing, including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, lane-centering assist, automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, seatbelt reminder system, rear-seat reminder system, driver monitoring system, and traffic sign recognition system.
• Infotainment: a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto; EX-L adds a larger 9-inch touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio, wireless charging, and an upgraded eight-speaker sound system.

Which Honda CR-V trim should I buy?

The 2023 Honda CR-V offers these trims:

• EX: This is the entry point to the lineup, with cloth upholstery, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 7-inch digital instrumentation panel.

• Sport Touring Hybrid: This top trim adds the Bose premium sound system, HondaLink subscription services, and a navigation system with real-time traffic.

What Honda CR-V do most buyers choose?

The Honda CR-V years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2023.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they combine newer features, broad availability, and strong value. More listings also give you more room to compare prices, trims, and condition before you buy.

What is the Honda CR-V's resale value?

Most model years are down year over year, which is helpful if you're shopping used and want to catch softer pricing. The newer years are also easing, though by smaller amounts than some older ones. A few of the oldest model years are flat to slightly higher, showing that the lowest-priced CR-Vs have stayed relatively steady.

The 2014, 2015, and 2016 model years are holding steady, with prices close to flat year-over-year.
