Avg. Dealer Rating: (27 reviews) " I tried to purchase a used car about a month ago from you. Your used car manager walked out of his office and told me I was trying to steal his car off the lot. The funny thing is I see now they have dropped the price of the car by almost a $1,000 (only a $1,000 more than my original offer). With your "$1,000 savings event" it would have been the price I originally offered. I bought a BMW X5 from Carbiz for more money and slightly newer. I drove 45 minutes to deal with a dealership that wanted my business. I will never purchase from Rich Morton and I will make sure I tell everyone about my experience. I am and have been a resident of Pasadena for most of my life. Your sales manager never tried to negotiate and told me it was the best deal in 500 miles. It wasn't even the best deal on mountain road. He told me his name and then said I just wanted to look the man in the face that was trying to steal a car off my lot. Great introduction and a great way to treat someone who was trying to buy a car from your dealership. I gave you all your shot and was treated like I was a criminal. You also might want to try to patch the holes in your leather car seats better and tune them up before you sell them. "
