Dealership was good with contacting me,and provided the information I needed.

They sold the vehicle I was scheduled to come in and look at. I understand to a certain degree, but I would have bought it and was disappointed. Then they sent me links to more expensive vehicles.

Didn't buy the GTO . But salesman was very knowledgeable.

Traded my truck into these guys a few weeks ago they we're very easy going and good to work with. Got fair on my trade in and got a good car. The only reason I didn't give em 5 stars is the car I just got has a squeaking noise when I come to a stop maybe a bearing or something but hopefully it's nothing serious doesn't seem to be and things need replaced every so often it just happens. The car runs great other than that and was a fair price.. I would buy from them again

Very pleasurable. Everyone there was helpful in making my purchase of the Mini Cooper go as easy as possible. They had no problem with me test driving the automobile. They all wore their mask and kept proper distancing. After less than an hour, I had purchased the car, all the paper work was done and I was driving my new car home. I would recommend anyone that is wanting to buy a used vehicle to go by TennMotors, they had a lot of very nice vehicles available with great pricing.

Was interested in a car was making plans to drive there with a trade in and down payment and was told the day before i planned to go that someone was test driving it for the weekend and I would be notified Monday if it sold. Kept getting emails saying it was still available. Waste of my time trying to buy a car when might not even be available. Purchased a car elsewhere

The experience was good. The car drove very well. I noticed too much rust on the car. It came from Louisiana so I assume it may have been a flooded car.

Salesman was fantastic. Used car manager, Matt C., was condescending, rude, unprofessional and borderline sexist. Coming from an automotive background, I do my due diligence. He questioned my intelligence, accused me of having cold feet, claimed the check for the deposit had been deposited without proper identification and he hung up on me. Again, salesman (Endy) was amazing. But this manager should be fired.
