Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer a good car?

The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer stands out as a stylish, midsize SUV that leans into sporty design rather than rugged heritage. It has a unibody construction and a five-passenger layout, and Chevrolet gives it a well-packaged feel with standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the lineup.

Its appeal is also helped by a straightforward feature set that includes dual-zone climate controls, 18-inch aluminum wheels, OnStar, a Wi-Fi hotspot, up to six USB ports, a rear-vision camera, Chevy Safety Assist, and push-button start on the base trim. Higher trims can add comfort and convenience features such as heated and ventilated front seats, a panoramic moonroof, wireless charging, a power liftgate, blind-spot monitoring, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, and lane keep assist.

If you want a midsize SUV with distinctive styling, modern connectivity, and a broad range of available comfort and safety features, the Blazer fits that brief well. 43.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop strategically.

Is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer reliable?

The 2025 Chevrolet Blazer is presented as a well-packaged midsize SUV with a straightforward feature set and broad everyday usability. It also comes with standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus a useful spread of convenience and safety equipment across the lineup.

At the same time, the model’s seats and visibility are listed as drawbacks, and the base trim does not get many of the more advanced driver-assistance features. For long-term ownership, that means you should pay close attention to condition, equipment level, and how well the specific vehicle has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Chevrolet Blazer?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the vehicle closely for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or poor repairs. Focus on the condition of the seats, visibility-related wear points, and whether the features you want are actually present on the trim you’re considering.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Chevrolet Blazer?

This looks like a buyer-friendly market, with meaningful inventory and a healthy share of discounted listings.

• Deal availability: 43.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,807 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.53% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,615, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $26,615 sits slightly below last year's $33,074.

That price drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim, since the current market is already pricing in a softer trend. If you plan to keep the vehicle for a while, buying well now matters because your eventual trade-in or private-sale value will likely reflect the same market pressure.

Should I buy a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 43.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.53% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better pick if you want the current-year Blazer at a softer price point and with a strong mix of available inventory and clean-history listings. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still be worth comparing, but the 2025 gives you a compelling balance of market value and selection right now.
