Should I buy a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,168, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $34,187 average.
• It offers strong fuel economy and comfortable everyday livability.

The 2024 is the better all-around pick if you want the newer model-year pricing context, steady market conditions, and strong shopper appeal. If your priority is saving money up front, the 2023 is the smarter value play because it delivers many of the same core strengths for less.
