Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $28,686, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $26,453 average.
• It brings a new hybrid-only design with updated styling and features.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2024 if you want a proven, well-liked sedan at a lower average price with plenty of listings to compare. If you’re willing to pay more for the newer generation and updated design, the 2025 is the better secondary path for buyers focused on the latest version. For price-sensitive shoppers, the 2024 offers the stronger value case right now.
