How much does the 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV cost?

Is the 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction for this model year. The 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV is built around space, presence, and high-end features, with a long-wheelbase body that gives you more room for passengers and cargo than the standard Escalade. It also adds independent rear suspension for improved ride and handling, plus an upscale cabin with standard heated front and second-row seats, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and a 19-speaker AKG audio system. If you want a premium three-row SUV with serious comfort and technology, this setup fits that use case well. 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV’s appeal is reinforced by its broad feature set, including standard safety equipment such as automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, and lane-keeping assist, along with available Super Cruise. Its powertrain choices are straightforward, with a 6.2L V8 or a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission, which helps keep the lineup focused and familiar. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about complexity than about the realities of a large luxury SUV, where upkeep and operating costs can be higher than average.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the vehicle closely for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or inconsistent panel fit. Because this is a large luxury SUV with available high-end equipment, you should also pay close attention to the condition and operation of the interior tech, seating, and comfort features. Focus on overall maintenance history and how well the vehicle has been cared for, since that matters more than mileage alone on a premium model like this.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV?

• Deal availability: 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,045 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.59% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $78,829, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV's resale value?

The current average of $78,829 sits slightly below last year's $90,186.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that resale value will likely depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped and maintained. Because this model year still has strong demand characteristics and a premium image, a clean, well-kept example should remain easier to move than a neglected one.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.59% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing, inventory depth, and owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the primary year to target. If you're especially price-sensitive, a nearby older year may be worth comparing, but the 2024 gives you a compelling balance of value and availability right now.
