How much does the 2023 Kia EV6 cost?

Prices have softened 6.26% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,339 listings available, which suggests you have a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Kia EV6 a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Kia EV6 earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its impressive performance, stylish design, and high-quality interior, and many also highlight its fast acceleration and excellent handling. For you, that means the EV6 is especially appealing if you want an electric crossover that feels more engaging than purely utilitarian, with a driver-focused cockpit and a sporty personality. The market also looks reasonably shopper-friendly, with 38.4% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2023 Kia EV6 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also emphasizes that the EV6 feels dependable in daily use, with praise centered on its performance, handling, and overall quality. That kind of feedback matters if you want a used EV you can count on for regular driving rather than just short-term novelty. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific vehicle has been cared for well, especially given the model’s visibility and cargo-space tradeoffs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Kia EV6?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s condition matches the listing photos and description. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with signs of cosmetic wear. Focus your walkaround on visibility-related wear, interior condition, and any signs that the car has been used hard, since those are the kinds of issues that can affect your ownership experience most.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Kia EV6?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,339 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.26% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,268, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Kia EV6's resale value?

The current average of $26,333 sits slightly below last year's $28,092.

That price movement suggests the EV6 has become more accessible in the used market, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, the softer pricing means resale value may be more sensitive to mileage, condition, and equipment level. If you keep the car clean and well-documented, you’ll be in a better position to stand out when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Kia EV6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.26% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $22,293, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $26,333 average.
• It offers a distinctive, performance-focused take on Kia’s first ground-up EV.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger overall used-market balance, the 2023 is the better primary target because it combines solid deal availability, strong owner satisfaction, and a lower current average price than last year. If your top priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the better secondary path, especially if you’re comfortable trading some of the 2023’s market freshness for a lower entry price.
