This is an EV for people who are very used to ICE cars, and are making the transition. The technology is like youd find in any other modern VW, but with an oddly quiet drive train. It drives as youd expect any VW to, but the extra weight does show itself, making the ride unexpectedly smooth, and cornering very sure.

I’ve owned a 23’ ID. 4 Pro S for 3 months, and I’ve had a great experience with it! Although it can improve with a web browser in the infotainment system and hands-free IQ. DRIVE, it is still a great EV! Definitely something I would recommend to a friend.

For the price, I think its currently a good value. Its probably comparable to EVs costing about $10k more, some of which dont currently qualify for the full Federal Tax Credit, effectively making the VW almost $20k less costly. The ride is very smooth and quiet. The acceleration and handling are very good. Im still learning how to use the cars many features, but thus far Im impressed with the ones I use. Overall, its the best car Ive owned - which says a lot.
