Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a history report to confirm accident status, title history, and maintenance patterns. Then prioritize a thorough inspection of the transmission, towing-related wear, and any signs of heavy-duty use, since this truck is often bought for demanding work. It also makes sense to focus on overall condition inside and out, because a well-kept truck is more likely to deliver the comfort and capability you want.

What is the 2022 RAM 3500's resale value?

The current average of $50,951 sits slightly below last year's $55,536.

That price movement suggests the truck has already absorbed some depreciation, which can help future resale stability if you buy at the right number. If you purchase near the lower end of the current range, you may have less downside exposure later. Strong demand for capable heavy-duty trucks can also help support values when the truck is well maintained and properly documented.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 RAM 3500 or consider a different year?
