Used 2022 Lincoln Nautilus for Sale nearTrenton, NJ

How much does the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus cost?

Prices have softened 13.33% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,701 listings available, which suggests you have a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus earns a 4.6/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, Cost effectiveness, Technology, and Safety.

Drivers consistently praise the stylish design, smooth ride, quiet cabin, and advanced technology. The review summary also points to strong comfort and solid value for the features included.

The trade-offs are the underwhelming base engine, the ride that can feel woozy in Comfort mode, and the cramped back seat. That makes the Nautilus a better fit if you want a refined, feature-rich luxury crossover than if you want a sporty or especially roomy one.

With a moderate market verdict and a clear emphasis on comfort and upscale design, it suits you best if you want a quiet, well-equipped five-passenger SUV rather than a sharper-handling alternative. Good and great deals account for 36.2% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Drivers describe the Nautilus as smooth, quiet, and comfortable, and the review summary also highlights the value it offers for the features included. That combination points to a vehicle that many owners feel good about living with over time.

The expert evaluation also emphasizes a comfortable cabin and a polished overall feel, which supports the idea that the Nautilus is built for easy daily use. Lincoln’s maintenance coverage can also help reduce early ownership friction.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright durability and more about whether the specific vehicle has been maintained well and equipped to your expectations.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Lincoln Nautilus?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history carefully, because accident-free listings are not the same as problem-free listings. A pre-purchase inspection is especially useful on a luxury crossover like this, where comfort, electronics, and trim condition matter a lot.

Focus on how the cabin, infotainment, and driver-assistance features work in real use. Also pay attention to ride quality and seat comfort, since those are central to the Nautilus experience.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Black Label trim adds 21-inch machined-finish wheels, Lincoln Embrace lighting, Chalet or Flight interior themes, simulated suede headliner, luxury floor mats, and nearly everything available on the Nautilus, but some chrome-plated plastic pieces still look a little cheap.
• Powertrain: The standard setup uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while the Black Label gets a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 with 335 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque; the V6 is the stronger choice if you want more passing power.
• Safety package: Every Nautilus has Lincoln Co-Pilot360 1.0 with forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high-beam headlights. Black Label adds Co-Pilot360 1.0 Plus with adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assistance, evasive steering assist, a surround-view camera system, parking sensors, and semi-autonomous parking assist.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch digital display and a 13.2-inch touchscreen running Sync 4, plus over-the-air updates, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected services, a Wi-Fi hotspot, SiriusXM 360L, wireless smartphone charging, and available connected navigation.
• Fuel efficiency: The V6 returns 21 mpg in combined driving and 25 mpg on the highway.

Which 2022 Lincoln Nautilus trim should I buy?

The 2022 Lincoln Nautilus is offered in 3 trim levels: Nautilus, Nautilus Reserve, and Nautilus Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Nautilus: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core luxury crossover experience with the standard turbocharged 2.0-liter engine, Sync 4, the 13.2-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, and Lincoln Co-Pilot360 1.0. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model.
• Nautilus Reserve: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it keeps the standard powertrain but adds more upscale equipment without jumping all the way to Black Label pricing. If you want a richer feature set without paying for the top trim’s exclusivity, this is the one to target.
• Nautilus Black Label: This is the luxury showcase, with the twin-turbo V6, AWD, the more elaborate interior themes, and Co-Pilot360 1.0 Plus. Choose it if you want the most powerful and most lavish version.

The safety package is standard on every trim, while the more advanced driver-assistance features are reserved for Black Label.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Lincoln Nautilus?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,701 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.33% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 85.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $29,477, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The current average of $29,477 sits slightly below last year's $34,010.

That price movement suggests the Nautilus has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if the market stabilizes. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less downside left than a shopper who paid closer to the original average.

The model’s strong feature content and luxury positioning can help support demand, especially if the vehicle is well equipped and in clean condition. A well-kept example should be easier to market than one with visible wear or missing equipment.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus safe?

The 2022 Lincoln Nautilus earns five-star ratings from NHTSA overall, with a four-star rating for rollover resistance.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Every Nautilus comes with Lincoln Co-Pilot360 1.0, which includes forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high-beam headlights. Black Label adds Co-Pilot360 1.0 Plus with adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assistance, evasive steering assist, a surround-view camera system, parking sensors, and semi-autonomous parking assist.

The main caveat is that the IIHS has not assessed the Nautilus for safety, so you should lean more heavily on the available NHTSA result and the standard safety equipment when evaluating it.

Should I buy a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.33% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2022 brings a strong mix of comfort, technology, and available V6 power in a mature version of the design.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $24,835, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $29,477 average.
• It emphasizes traditional luxury comfort and easy-to-use tech.

The bottom line: If you want the better-balanced buy, the 2022 is the stronger choice because it combines a lower used price than new, solid inventory, and a well-rounded feature set. If your priority is saving money above all else, the 2021 is the more budget-friendly path, especially if you find one in clean condition with the equipment you want.
