How much does the 2022 INFINITI Q50 cost?

Prices have softened 8.40% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 659 listings available, which suggests you have a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 INFINITI Q50 a good car?

Generally — the 2022 INFINITI Q50 earns a 4/5 user rating, which points to solid overall appeal for shoppers who want a midsize premium sedan with a strong mix of power, equipment, and value. Its long-running formula gives you rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, a seven-speed automatic transmission, and more standard equipment than many rivals. It also keeps a clear luxury-sedan identity with sporty intent, even if its approach is more conservative than some newer competitors.

For you, that means the Q50 makes the most sense if you want a well-equipped premium sedan without chasing the newest design or tech trends. 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 INFINITI Q50 reliable?

Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2022 Q50 is described as generally solid, and its long production run suggests a familiar ownership experience rather than a risky one. At the same time, you should pay attention to known trouble spots, including warped brakes and turbo issues on 3.0t models.

For used buyers, that means the biggest long-term risk is buying a car that has been maintained inconsistently or driven hard without proper documentation.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 INFINITI Q50?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks brakes, turbo-related concerns on 3.0t models, and overall maintenance records. Because the Q50 is a long-running design, condition matters a lot more than novelty, so look closely at how the car was cared for rather than assuming every example will feel the same.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 INFINITI Q50?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 659 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.40% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 76.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,278, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 INFINITI Q50's resale value?

The current average of $26,278 sits slightly below last year's $28,688.

That price movement suggests the Q50 has softened in the market, which can work against future sellers if depreciation continues at the same pace. If you buy now, you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car is documented over time. A clean history and strong maintenance records matter more when a model is already trending lower in price.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 INFINITI Q50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 29.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.40% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,590, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $26,278 average.
• It adds a Sensory trim and more driver-assist tech.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $31,132, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $26,278 average.
• It keeps the style-and-performance focus while adding approachable tech.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around pick if you want the strongest balance of price, inventory, and market support. If your budget is tighter, the 2021 is the better value play, while the 2023 makes sense only if you want to spend more for a newer example.
