Spoke with the sales manager directly. He was honest about the truck I was interested in and even video called me to do a full walk around and point out certain things. Great communication even though I wasn't able to purchase the truck from them.

They list some cars with great value in CarGurus. But as soon as you contact AutoMax with those great deals they have on their car, they say it’s sold. I don’t even know if their deals on their was real anymore.

they continue to list sold cars on CARGURU, When i spoke to the salesman they offer another car. typical bait and switch . I was very disappointed.

Purchased 2016 Grand Caravan Cash$9712. 11/7/21. Nick was advised of mileage listed in advertisement at 95K Miles. The actual millage was 147k miles. He put error on his employee. I left it with him waiting on check to clear. He promised to repair tire leak which caused '(!) esclamation error in dash" should be gone, Driver side front seat side panel to be repaired and passenger "head rest split" to be repaired. Will pick it up Sunday if all is repaired to my satisfaction.

Yes, he answered they gave me the appointment and when I went when they told me they did not know what car it was, they had no idea of ​​anything. the answer was the car was sold a while ago. It is all a lie that car did not exist and it does not have cars in those values

They were up front about wanting to tack on 2800 in dealer fees. So at least they are up front. But I would prefer the cost be included in the advertised price.

They didn't wanna hear anything I needed to say... I asked if I needed a down payment then they said jus fill out the application and we will see then I do it then they tell me ok so u can put 1000 down right. You really wasn't listening... so I left they really suck !!!!

This jeep has extensive body rust.front fenders were rusted through. Frame had deep rust pitting. Salesman said it ran and looked good on phone. I arrived took a look and left without wasting my time with them.

Responded by email and text. Also sent car fax report for me to look at until our appt.

They don’t do on lot Finaincing, also they dont do services with no financing companies. The only way any customer can purchase a car from this independent owned car lot is to go get finance from banks & credit unions

Overall a good experience. Their finance department would not accept a check from my credit union which I believe is because they wanted me to finance through them. But my salesman was good and everything else went off without a hitch

Dealer called, asked questions about my trade - which I answered including VIN and options. They then declined to give me an estimated trade in value for my 2015 vehicle (why ask the questions then)? And more importantly they reported the listed truck is not for sale nor availbe to be seen. That's the definition of a fake listing. To be clear - they didn't say it was sold or was under deposit. They said it's not actually for sale, not on the lot.
