A good experience overall. What looked like an inspection of the vehicle and test drive led to me driving the car home that very day. Was an awesome experience.

The sales guy - Gary was excellent to work with. I purchased the car but was disappointed with how long it took their finance department to finalize my purchase since I paid cash.

I was going to purchase out of state… And the staff there were very friendly and went over the procedures with me. I didn’t buy the car there because it was a little too complicated but they were nice.

Confusing.. several reps called me separately without knowledge of the others. Only 1 got back to me but was unable to provide a competitive quote

Experience with Lipton was POOR! I contacted them requesting pics of the vehicle as their ad did not include any. I rcvd st least 4 emails asking to set up a test drive, each time I again requested pics. NEVER RECVD pics. I wonder if Carey the " sales specialist" was a computer. I'll spend my $20,000 elsewhere!

Not helpful. I requested to have a quote of the total purchase price emailed to me with shipping to my area. What I received was uncompleted. It only listed the VIN number and nothing else except for costs. $400.00 for nitrogen, Battery $1.50, Tire $5.00. It also listed the car as a Premium but upon further research I found out it was not a Premium model.

Said they stopped selling vehicles to out of state buyers... the within 10 minutes, I receive an email from them asking how the process is going... Are you kidding me?

Add $2,000 to their supposed price?? and that's before tax. If that is the price you're looking for, fine. Not for me.

Very quick with responses, willing to help from a different state and very quick to have a quote prepared for me.

This is how buying a car should be.The dealership representative Javier,( I did not use the word salesman because he did not try to sell me anything ) was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured throughout the entire experience, even in the finance office Where things usually change when you are about to sign. None of the stereo typical bad thing happened. I highly recommend Ed Morse Toyota of Delray

Was most helpful in searching for the Toyota Venza I was looking for. But physical distance would be a hurdle too high to continue discussions. But I will continue to search their Web-site in case I find it there.
