Zeek was amazing. I went to several dealership and this dealership is the only HONEST, trustworthy one out there. We didn't buy the 2017 but instead purchase a new 2019 model. I highly recommend, worth the short drive out of Houston

They responded quickly to my email, scheduled a test drive for the next day. Bought the traverse that day, my only negative was the issue of the date of when they said it would be ready and it wasn’t. They did redeem by getting me a rental until my vehicle would be done. Still 5 stars.

They offered the car for $13,892, but refused to respond to me when I questioned the final purchase price. The salesman Matthew went missing in action when asked for a breakdown of what I was paying for. He wouldn’t answer the and stopped responding to text messages. Deceptive Trade is what I call it.

James is very informative and helpful. Definitely doesn’t make you feel like you’re at a dealership and listens to concerns and provides feedback.

They tried to change the price to a higher price than they had on here and add a few extra finances in there.Honestly the price on here was $24k, they changed it to $27K on the phone and yet their website then said $26k. I had the screenshot of the $24k from the beginning and it held them accountable!!

Overall it was good service. I love the car I got but they did not want to work with me at first instance. Offered low money for my trade in but after 3 hours I drove out with the car. Steven in Finance was very helpful at the end. I wish he was helping me from the beginning.

Lied about car. Never had that particular car. Pushed sale of extended warranty that I did not want. Left fast.

Very friendly, the prices are fair the only problem is they offer you a lot less on your trade in than a regular dealership so the saving is not there. :-(

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY HERE! This dealership had their Internet Sales Consultant, Christian Spiers, lie to me over the phone. This was multiple times over a couple of days about the availability and price of variety of Ford SUVs on their lot. Cancelled the appointment because I want an HONEST dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that wants to take advantage of you then this is the one. AVOID Christian Spiers is the best advice I can give.

Great experience! Shannon was the best! The place was fairly busy when I got there. I walked in planning to only test drive and left with a new car ahah. Their standards for cars are high where they only sell low-mileage cars with no accidents, which is good for the consumer.

Scheduled a test drive two days prior, asked for the address via email and only got a reply stating the hwy the dealership is located on (North freeway). Received a confirmation with the actual address on the day of. Show up at the dealership and they can’t find my appointment. Told the vehicle is at the other location (which happens to be closer to me) but that it was sold yesterday. Wasted my entire morning.

What an AMAZING experience. Gene, the general sales manager, and Brian were rock stars. I have to admit this was by far the best car buying experience of my lifetime. I have had MANY!! They make it easy breezy without the normal stress.

Called about this car. They said it was there. Drove from Louisiana for this car. He said it was no longer there but the one they had was a higher price. I’m looking at this car same miles etc. was very disappointed

Refused to help me because I wouldn't pay cash. Lied to me and strung me along. Came up with outrageous conditions to finance and when I would meet those conditions, sterling mccall would just blow me off

Worst experience of any dealership I've ever dealt with. They were dishonest. I tried to test drive a vehicle that I went there to see, when I got there I found out it was not in drivable condition. They told me to come back out on Friday, I showed up on Saturday after they told me it was ready and when I got there it still was not in drivable condition. They did not care that I had driven an hour one way. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody.
