Used 2021 Lincoln Navigator for Sale nearColorado Springs, CO

How much does the 2021 Lincoln Navigator cost?

Prices have softened 16.05% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 910 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2021 Lincoln Navigator a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Lincoln Navigator earns a 4.8/5 user rating and a 7.7/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

It stands out as a full-size luxury SUV that feels more like a luxury apartment than a traditional people mover, with a quiet cabin and premium interior materials. It also brings a powerful engine and a distinctly upscale atmosphere, which fits well if you want a spacious, refined SUV with a strong presence.

The trade-offs are clear: poor fuel economy and sluggish touchscreen response. Even so, the Navigator still makes sense if you value comfort, luxury, and size over efficiency and quick infotainment reactions.

Good and great deals account for 32.3% of listings, so there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2021 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Navigator’s upscale cabin, strong powertrain, and quiet highway demeanor all support the impression of a well-built luxury SUV. Its performance content also points to a powerful twin-turbo V6 and a refined driving character, which helps reinforce confidence in day-to-day use.

Lincoln also includes valet dropoff and pick-up at your home for four years of service, and Black Label trims add service visits plus unlimited car washes and other benefits. For used buyers, the bigger long-term risk is ownership cost rather than basic durability, especially given high depreciation and the expense of maintaining a large luxury SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Lincoln Navigator?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a large luxury SUV where repair costs can add up quickly. Focus on cabin condition, touchscreen behavior, and how the vehicle drives over rough pavement, since those areas matter most in this model year.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin is elegant and understated, with very good materials and tight panel gaps, while Black Label trims add richer textures and softer leather. Base trims miss some of the more lavish touches, so compare interior finish carefully if you want the most upscale feel.
• Powertrain: A twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 with 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque is the only engine, paired with a 10-speed automatic and available rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. It delivers strong thrust and quick response, but fuel economy is poor.
• Safety package: Automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, and auto high beams come standard. Adaptive cruise control is optional, and the vehicle will not self-steer and track highway lanes as competently as some rivals.
• Infotainment: The Navigator uses a 10-inch touchscreen, but it cannot wirelessly connect to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The system is intuitive, though a bit slow, and it does not offer wireless software updates through the vehicle’s modem.
• Fuel efficiency: The Navigator is rated at 16 mpg city and 20 mpg highway, and the test team averaged in the teens.

Which 2021 Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2021 Lincoln Navigator is offered in 3 trim levels: Standard, Reserve, Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Standard: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the Navigator’s core luxury feel, strong engine, and standard safety equipment. It makes sense if you want the least expensive path into the model without chasing extra luxury features.
• Reserve: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds more of the upscale equipment that makes the Navigator feel special. If you want the sweet spot between price and luxury, this is the one to target.
• Black Label: This is the most luxurious version, with richer materials and additional ownership perks. Choose it if you want the most premium cabin experience and are willing to pay for it.

Automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, and auto high beams come standard, while adaptive cruise control remains optional.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Lincoln Navigator?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to compare options and enough deal activity to reward patience.

• Deal availability: 32.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 910 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.05% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 78.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,512, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The current average of $37,512 sits slightly below last year's $44,686.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can be good news if you are buying now but less favorable if you plan to sell soon. A softer price trend usually means future resale gains may be limited unless demand strengthens.

Even so, the Navigator’s strong luxury appeal and distinctive character can help it hold attention among shoppers who want a large, upscale SUV. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Lincoln Navigator safe?

The 2021 Navigator earns five-star ratings overall from NHTSA, with five-star ratings in every test except rollover resistance, where it earns four stars for 4WD models and three stars for RWD models.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, and auto high beams come standard. Adaptive cruise control is optional, and the Navigator will not self-steer and track highway lanes as competently as some competitors.

One caveat is that the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has not rated the Navigator in its current generation. Knee airbags are also not offered, though inflatable rear seat belts for the second row are optional.

Should I buy a 2021 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 32.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.05% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It delivers a quiet, premium cabin with strong power and a distinctly upscale feel.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $33,569, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $37,512 average.
• It emphasizes comfort, presence, and capability.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $47,557, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $37,512 average.
• It adds updates that refresh styling, comfort, technology, safety, and driving dynamics.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the right pick if you want the current-year Navigator at a softer price and can live with its older tech. If you are price-sensitive, the 2020 is the value play; if you want newer updates and can spend more, the 2022 is the upgrade path.
