It was a breeze to pickup and test drive the vehicle. The drive and keep was the best since that is exactly what we did!

First trip to location van not there. Second trip van was there but in sad condition for asking price.

I made the appointment for a test drive but car was returned damaged so I picked another car and it was not there for pick up on schedule. Came back 4 hours later and the car was in bad shape all around, body rust, doors not aligning, hood bent, under bumpers crushed. No pictures of actual cars. I did not have luck. The sales people on the phone are super helpful but I would not buy from them

The price on the website was not the same as when we got there. Also you had to take out a loan to get the low VIP price they gave me which didn't turn out to be the price anyway as I already stated. Nothing was ever said before hand that you had to finance the car to get th he lower price either.

didn’t had the chance to really negotiate. I wanted to talk it out but he kept rushing me to sign papers to buy the cars just because I look inexperience. This is why you never judge a book by its cover. I did my research and everything so I know what I’m looking for . The dealer made a joke of how he can lower the car to 5000 AS A JOKE when I said let’s do some negotiation. Found it pretty disrespectful how he kept making these awful jokes.

I contacted the dealer to ask for photos for the listed car. They responded that pictures would be up soon. The car was sold before the pictures where posted. I would be more inclined to make an appt or go see the car if pictures where up the same time as the car was listed. I have had this issue before with other listing from different sources on CarGurus. I dont think cars should be allowed to be listed unless all info is available including pictures.

Bought this beautiful Z4 on New Years Eve of all days. The team at Jaguar Landrover could not have been more kind!! They contacted me quickly and answered all my questions, I came in the same day, worked with Tim who was nice and made sure everything was clear and that I understood all the details of the deal. All staff in general were nice and I would say it was a great experience for me. Ended up with a nice car and a good deal and spent way less time that I expected.
