You should start with a history report so you can confirm accident status, title history, and any major claims. Focus on overall condition and how well the vehicle presents, because that’s where you’re most likely to notice differences between listings.

What is the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

That price movement suggests the model has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a softer market than they would have a year ago. The current pricing also suggests that clean, well-kept examples should remain easier to move than neglected ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.77% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $18,488, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $21,466 average.
• It offers a refreshed look with broad appeal and multiple powertrain choices.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $25,247, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $21,466 average.
• It leans harder into plush comfort, quietness, and easy-to-use technology.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2020 if you want the best balance of price, satisfaction, and available inventory. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2019 is the better value play, while the 2021 makes sense if you want a newer-feeling luxury experience and are willing to pay more.
