They honored their price. They had good inventory. They were very professional.

We called to schedule a test drive and scheduled and appointment for an hour later. When we got there, neither the car nor the person who we had been in touch with until just a few minutes before, were available. Some other employee who seemed in a very bad mood “welcomed” us and offered more expensive cars for us to look at. Overall, an unpleasant experience and a waste of time.

Didn't make a deal the 1st visit. I was really surprised at the fees included but Haddy & Aj got back with me & we worked it out. The car was not fully detailed as promised. Things could've been different to make the sale go smoothly.

I spoke with Lynda Ward and she immediately followed up with me after our phone conversation. She is pleasant and very professional. I haven’t made my purchase yet but am looking forward to working with her within the next month.

Love the car ,the contact was great speaking to the representative. Only a distance problem and a need for a car at the time is the only reason for not doing business. Now for the future before any of those situations come my recommendations for everyone check it out.

Initially the SUV wasnt ready for my appointment. It needed to be jumped due to faulty car battery but service technician immediately replaced after a short delay. I resume my walk around and was very pleased with the vehicle presentation. The price was good and miles on vehicle were low. I would buy another vehicle from carmax. LEXUS 460L
