2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid LE AWD for Sale in New York, NY

I was 1st told that the car was being detailed. I questioned that because it had been on cargo ruse for over a 100 days. Then I was told that it was at another dealership because someone had interests in it but didn't buy it and there waiting to get it back. They would not give me the name of the other dealership and I haven't heard from them again.

They were deceitful the price advertised was only after a 2k down payment and financing at their store. Cash purchase was actually 29,698 This is wrong. I would walk before supporting this type of misleading advertising

Staff was very nice. I was shocked the sticker price went up $2700. The added dealer fees were the deal breaker. Going to keep old car for now.

It was a really great experience, the people at Advance Toyota are nice and accommodating. The car was clean and ready and exactly like the picture on the website. I bought the car and took it home the same day, they took care of everything. I definitely recommend Advance Toyota.

Called in takes to brandon and he said the car i was looking at was available and in stock. On my way there (45 minute drive) get a call from a lady that informs me that brandon didn’t know it was sold. How does that happen? did this guy not even check when i called and just told me to come in? Come on..

Bad type of business. Initially advertised this car for $21,000. This was the reason I contacted them. During the call they told me that isn't a "real" price (so read it was just "bait"), it just as they call it "internet Price". The real price would be for me above $26,000. Since then they posted another, higher price as $23,410. Most likely it is another "gimmick".

Internet price was listed on Wed for $10,779. Made appointment to go to see car on Saturday. They jacked the internet price $600 to $11,325 on Friday and would not honor original price when I made the appointment. Was ready to purchase vehicle had they honored original price. Bought 2018 Hyundai from another dealer who were more than happy to negotiate.

Went to buy car. There was a $ 5k markup after I drove the car. Huntington Mazda did not care about the advertised price on cargurus . ‚Supply and demand’ as they put it. I walked away.

I had to get a refund . Car had issues . Jenn took care of me . Jenn is great . Very nice person. She still has my future business. Although I didnt purchase this vehicle.

They charge 1900 on top of the price a BS fee to raise the price of the car called a reconditioning fee. Other than that they are professional but they will stalk you quite a bit once you express interest in something. Not a bad experience overall.

Nice enough people but Listing for 8,747 and the final price being 12,550 Why bother listing like this if it’s 2k in dealer fees alone. Also never got back to me after test drive when car was supposed to go through internal maintenance. Honestly the ability to list price like this should not be legal. Total waste of everyone’s time.

Photoshopped the car. Pictures showed a perfect car but when I got there both doors had massive dents. Salesmen even tried saying the dents would “buff” out. Lol.

Very nice people. We didn’t buy the car they were selling, but we’re gracious and honest. My wallet had fallen out when I was test driving the car, and 45 minutes after we left the dealer, they called to let me know they had found it. These are good people - and to me, that’s most of the battle when searching for a vehicle: who can you trust? Well, you found ‘em.

My experience at Prestige Toyota was great. They were fast, courteous and very helpful with finding me a car.

Really professional, even though we decided on a different car they were great.

The dealer had a wide assortment of vehicles. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The online price was not the price written on the sales agreement as vehicle cost, but rather more than $1,000 higher. Apparently, all dealer fees (car prep, document etc) that are usually negotiable and written as separate line items were added to the internet advertised price which was somewhat deceptive and not as transparent as I would have liked.

They were very helpful, but did not have The model I watched

When I wanted some more features, they offered a different vehicle with all the discounts the first vehicle had and I purchased it in a very reasonable price. Thanks to carguru for making my new car purchase very pleasant. I purchased 2021 Toyota tav4 hybrid. The salesguy Reagan at dealer is great. I will go again in future.

Contacted me right away regarding the car of interest.

They don’t let you leave - high pressure sales. It took almost 2 hours to get same deal I received in 15 minutes at other dealership. They promised to fix ding in car - they did but not to my satisfaction (pant still chipped). When I called the sales to see if they could do something about it “he said what do you want me to do about it” - very nasty.

Very poor experience. Their staff lacks professionalism and good customer service skills. One person says one thing, another one something else. If it wasn’t because we drove 70 miles to get this “great deal”, l would have walked out. Still got the vehicle and we’re happy with it, but definitely not with the buying experience. They said they detailed the vehicle, but it wasn’t completely clean. We definitely won’t be going there again, nor recommending anyone there.

Excellent response time, answered all questions throughly and made it a very easy process to get some basic questioned answered. A breath of fresh air in the auto industry.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible, if I could give this dealership zero stars I would from the top to the bottom they lie and deceitful. Hidden charges and fee's. Sales man and sales manager kept adding and changing doc fees and general manager was no help to this issue

HALLOWEEN!!! I was told, “come look at & test drive this car”. This cost me 3 hours & 2 tolls driving to NY from NJ, to look at a car that had a sold sign dated 3 days earlier on it. TRICKED but no TREAT.

Detailed info was shared and the dealer reached out to determine my interest.

Prestige Toyota of Ramsey was very responsive and very professional. I could tell that they really care about their customers.

I was interested in the car but asked about disclosure of all the fees. A few hours later I got a response that car was sold. However I continued to see the car offered.

Contacted them regarding a truck. Called to confirm availability. Scheduled an appointment for 3 hours later. Drove 45 minutes with my wife and two small children. When I arrived, I was told that the truck was sold a few days earlier. Thank you so much for wasting my time completely. And yet, the truck is still posted on their website. Will no shop there.
