How much does the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus cost?

Is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus earns a 4.82/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its stylish design, luxurious interior, and smooth driving experience, and they also value its comfort and advanced features. The trade-offs are a cargo area some shoppers find too small for family use and a price that can feel high relative to what you get.

The Nautilus fits best if you want a refined two-row luxury crossover with a distinctive look and a comfort-first personality. With 33.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you may have room to shop carefully for the right example.

Is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus reliable?

Owners rate it 4.82/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience, with praise for comfort and maintenance costs that compare favorably with some rivals. The expert review also notes that the Black Label trim includes 4 years or 50,000 miles of scheduled maintenance, which is a useful ownership perk if you’re shopping at the top end.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright durability and more about choosing a well-kept example that hasn’t been worn down by luxury-car repair costs or neglected maintenance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Lincoln Nautilus?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on every candidate, even if the listing looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the interior condition closely, since the cabin materials are a known weak point. It also makes sense to focus on how the vehicle was equipped, because the Nautilus changes character meaningfully with trim and option content.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin is more upscale in Black Label trim, where you get softer leather, matte wood, and more distinctive interior finishes, while lesser versions still feel plush but don’t have the same luxury presentation.
• Powertrain: The base 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder makes 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while the optional twin-turbo 2.7-liter V6 makes 335 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque and is the stronger choice for this heavy SUV.
• Safety package: The Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control and evasive steering assist, building on standard forward-collision alert with automatic braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist, and blind-spot monitoring.
• Infotainment: Sync 3 includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, built-in Wi-Fi, Waze integration, Amazon Alexa support, remote functions, remote start, proximity entry, and a wireless charging pad.
• Fuel efficiency: The Nautilus is EPA-rated at 19 to 21 mpg city, 25 to 27 highway, and 21 to 23 combined.

Which 2019 Lincoln Nautilus trim should I buy?

The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus is offered in 4 trim levels: Standard, Select, Reserve, Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Standard: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core luxury crossover experience along with standard safety and tech features. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and are comfortable skipping the richer cabin treatments found higher up.
• Select: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it moves you into the middle of the lineup without jumping all the way to the most expensive versions. It’s the trim to target if you want a balanced mix of equipment and price.
• Reserve: Choose this if you want a more upscale feel and are willing to pay for it. It sits above Select and is the better fit if you want a more premium ownership experience without going all the way to Black Label.
• Black Label: This is the most luxurious version, with the richest interior materials and the most distinctive presentation. It’s the right pick if you want the Nautilus at its most upscale and don’t mind the higher price.

The safety package adds adaptive cruise control and evasive steering assist, so if those features matter to you, make sure the trim or option package you’re considering includes them.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Lincoln Nautilus?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 729 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.70% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 77.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,724, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus's resale value?

The current average of $18,733 sits slightly below last year's $20,978.

That decline suggests the Nautilus has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the current pricing trend means you should expect a softer market than last year and price your vehicle competitively if you want to move it quickly.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.82/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus safe?

The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus has not been tested by NHTSA or IIHS, but the mechanically identical 2018 MKX scored five-star ratings in all seven NHTSA categories, and the 2017 MKX earned a Top Safety Pick from IIHS.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward-collision alert with automatic braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist, and blind-spot monitoring. The Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control and evasive steering assist, which can help reduce stress in traffic and on the highway.

Should I buy a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.70% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.82/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2019 stands out as a newly named midsize luxury crossover after an extensive refresh, with multiple powertrain options and a distinctive design.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the right pick if you want the refreshed Nautilus look, strong owner satisfaction, and a market that has already come down meaningfully in price. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can use the softer market to shop carefully and focus on clean, well-equipped examples rather than paying up for the first one you see.
