There are 658 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2019 Lexus GX a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Lexus GX earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction.

Drivers most often praise its safety features, comfort, and reliability, and they also call out the luxurious interior and smooth performance. That lines up well with its role as a premium SUV for buyers who want capability and upscale comfort in the same package.

With 36.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful chance to find a competitive price if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Lexus GX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback emphasizes reliability, and drivers also describe it as dependable and trouble-free over time. That kind of owner sentiment matters if you want a used SUV you can count on for long-term ownership.

For used buyers, the main risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about finding one that has been maintained well and not worn down by hard use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Lexus GX?

At 64.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was minor or structural. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for signs of off-road wear, suspension issues, and uneven tire or brake wear.

Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and how the SUV drives on pavement, since that will tell you more than mileage alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Lexus GX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 658 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.11% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 64.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,811, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Lexus GX's resale value?

The current average of $32,153 sits slightly below last year's $33,184.

That softer pricing can help you buy more efficiently today, but it also suggests the market has already adjusted downward from where it was a year ago. If you plan to sell later, that means your strongest resale outcome will likely depend on condition, maintenance history, and how well the vehicle has been kept.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Lexus GX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.11% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $37,049, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $32,153 average.
• It adds fresh styling and a more memorable exterior.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the better primary choice if you want the lower average price and strong owner satisfaction. If you are price-sensitive, the 2019 also gives you a better entry point into the GX lineup while still delivering the core strengths that matter most.
