2019 Jeep Wrangler for Sale in Los Angeles, CA

Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Dealer advertised this as a 2019 tesla model x p100d and after running the wife and I credit and us getting approved they sent me the window invoice to sign and I caught its not a p100d it in fact was a 100d which is about a $35k difference. The response from this company is sorry it's a error and they wouldn't give a inch. Now reaching out to management for a resolution.

Dealer refused to answer any of the questions I posed in my inquiry and instead sent 9 emails advising me that Carguru's masked my email and would I please send them my info. Seriously? Isn't that EXACTLY why we'd contact them through Cargurus?

My sales person, David Bakhtamian, was very knowledgeable/helpful/professional. I handed him a difficult job; to obtain commercial plates/registration for the Prius I was interested in, considering a 20% down payment, $400/month for 48 months and a fair credit score. David tried really hard but Toyota finance wanted much more than I could offer. Yes, I would recommend this dealership and David.

Run away from this dealer. Hack job sales. They buy from auction and resell. I contacted them for some Jeep’s. When I drove from San Diego to Costa Mesa all the models I was looking at were sold. Plus the price they advertise isn’t real. They wanted 9k over advertised price. Said it was in the deals notes. So dirty and dishonest. Disgusted by these people. They should be shut down.

would not give out the door price on the phone. Drove 25 miles find out they tack on an extra $4,000 over and above taxes title and all that other crap. Low price on vehicles is a scam

The place was nice, staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The process was smooth and relatively quick. Able to start a conversation so it wasn't awkward. Overall a highly positive experience.

Made an appt to test drive the 2018 jeep, when we got there ,the car is sold, they wasted my precious time

I verified the price over the phone with one of their agents and confirmed that the car had not been sold. I drove 2 hours only to find out that they had the wrong price. They also told me the car was sold but they still advertise the car with the wrong price.

I inquired about two Jeeps regarding the out the door prices. They would not provide that information. They have the lowest prices anywhere and add tires wheels and lift kits to their advertised price. I asked for the price of the Jeep as shown in the photos. Bad business practice in my opinion.

This helped me in making decisions on which dealer to buy from. They are very informative. And what you see online is what you get. When I got there the next morning, nothing changed in the previous information they gave me. I saw the car, liked it and I bought it immediately. Great service. Am happy with my car
