Car was unavailable but they were courteous.

Total waste of time! I asked them straight forward what their fees were besides the asking price all I was told was doc fees. Then when I went back ready to make the deal them come up with random fees. Be careful with them, they will try to get their price up with all these fees. Walked out without a deal. If they would of been honest with me since the beginning I wouldn't of had a problem but they lied!

If I can give zero stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE! Customer services was TERRIBLE!! I had an appointment at 3pm, I never seen the woman who my appointment was with! The car wasn’t ready for at least 30 minutes when Ieshia knew I was coming... Everyone was rude, the car I seen for 11,700 battery was terrible! Underneath the hood was disgusting! The owner should seek new management ASAP!

Poor communication and unprofessional staff. We had multiple sales reps communicating different information to us during the process. Lack of knowledge on the vehicle. The back up camera wasn’t working and they didn’t know why. They couldn’t give us a price on how much an oil change was or approximately how much it would be to maintain and service the vehicle. Overall experience was terrible working with this dealership.

Called ahead to make an appt to see the car. When we arrived, salesman was not expecting us, the car wouldn’t start (battery dead which is fine but they knew we were coming). They expected us to hang out and wait to test drive the car. I never gave them my cell phone and they called me repeatedly trying to get us to come back.
