How much does the 2019 Honda Accord cost?

Prices have softened 5.96% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,779 listings available, which suggests you have a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Honda Accord a good car?

Generally — the 4.4/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the stylish design, luxurious interior, excellent reliability, impressive fuel economy, smooth ride quality, and comfortable, spacious cockpit. For you, that means this Accord fits especially well if you want a roomy, well-rounded family sedan with a polished driving experience and everyday practicality. 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback highlights excellent reliability, along with praise for the car’s dependable nature and trouble-free ownership experience. That kind of owner sentiment matters if you plan to keep the car for years, because it suggests the Accord can be a model you count on for steady daily use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific car you choose has been cared for properly and hasn’t accumulated hidden wear.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Honda Accord?

At 52.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and ownership patterns before you commit. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of uneven wear. Because this model year has a meaningful mix of clean and previously damaged listings, condition should matter more than mileage alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Honda Accord?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,779 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.96% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 52.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,402, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $18,402 sits slightly below last year's $19,570.

That softer pricing can help you buy more affordably now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you sell later, your return will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand, especially for shoppers who value a roomy, efficient, and well-equipped sedan.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 52.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $17,806, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $18,402 average.
• It offers a fresh redesign with a more engaging driving feel.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $19,713, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,402 average.
• It adds more tech and convenience with a stronger comfort focus.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2019 if you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and available inventory. If your budget is tighter, the 2018 is the better value play; if you want to spend more for added tech and comfort, the 2020 is the upgrade path.
