Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Ford Transit Passenger?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 745 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.18% compared with last year.

What is the 2019 Ford Transit Passenger's resale value?

The current average of $26,534 sits slightly below last year's $28,898.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average gives you more cushion against depreciation. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.18% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a sensible primary choice if you want a used Transit Passenger with a softer price than a year ago and enough inventory to compare options. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also keep nearby years in play and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than the model year alone.
