We drove two hours to go and view the car, we had to leave to attend to another apt. in the area but called and told them we wanted the car but that we were driving and would get back to them in one hour to leave a deposit. We called back in an hour and were told that the salesman Marc had left for the day and that a deposit was being put on the car as we spoke. I told the sales manager that we drove along way and wanted the car, he said well that happens. He didn't apologize or offer to find us another car, nothing. It just shows that all they cared about was the money and not the customer service. They could have put the car aside as a courtesy for an hour until we called or they could have told us that someone else was looking at the car and that we needed to put a deposit on it right away. I just thought it was bad business, I understand that a dealership is run on money not feelings but can't there be a happy medium? Very disappointed with the way we were treated."
