The Nissan Murano’s flamboyant appearance is absolutely appropriate to this model, but the wild-eyed headlight design makes the Murano look just like Ursula the Sea Witch from “The Little Mermaid.”
Nissan’s traditionally polarizing Murano crossover SUV has always been about both style and substance. Now, in 2016, it appears that the Murano is about style over substance. While the design certainly takes a step forward into the future, the rest of the Murano increasingly feels stuck in the past.

This was/is a great car. I love almost everything about it. I’ve never driven a car that was such a nice, smooth ride and I’ve had several brand-new cars before. The only things that could’ve made this particular Murano more perfect would’ve been Apple CarPlay capability, a heated steering wheel (though as it’s just entering summer in SE NC, that particular feature isn’t missed at the moment), and cooled seats (that IS missed with black leather and hot sunny days, haha!). I’m happy I found this car through Car Gurus and got my pre-approval so I walked in to the dealership and out in just a couple hours later the proud owner of a beautiful Nissan Murano SL.
My new Murano is AWESOME !!! It drives smooth and quiet, listening to the sound system is amazing... the seat feels like a recliner with total comfort.
Its my next choice. I had 2009, currently a 2012 and next (hopefully) the 2015. Its got all the bells and whistles we need. Size is perfect to get in and out. My wife an I are disabled. Fits us fine.
I Love the car and the features . Especially the interior
