What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Lexus LS?

At 55.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with past damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially on body condition, signs of prior repair, and overall wear that could affect long-term ownership. Because this model’s appeal is tied to comfort and refinement, you’ll want to focus on how well the cabin, ride quality, and major systems have held up.

Should I buy a 2015 Lexus LS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• At 55.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.71% year-over-year.
