Used 2015 Chrysler 200 for Sale nearOklahoma City, OK

How much does the 2015 Chrysler 200 cost?

Prices have softened 4.42% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 834 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of cars to compare.

Is the 2015 Chrysler 200 a good car?

The 2015 Chrysler 200 is a well-regarded choice if you want a midsize sedan that emphasizes style and a polished feel, and the expert score of 8.2/10 backs that up. The user rating is 3.9/5, and the expert rating is 8.2/10.

The standout strength is Technology at 10/10.

Drivers commonly praise its good power, stylish looks, and fuel efficiency, and the overall presentation is described as upscale and distinctive. The car is also framed as a strong fit if you want a family sedan with a more premium look and feel than the ordinary mainstream formula.

There are tradeoffs, though: small rear seats, poor outward visibility, and some concerns about the driving experience may matter if you prioritize everyday ease over style. Even so, only 26.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Chrysler 200 reliable?

The 2015 Chrysler 200 is presented as a car that should not cost much to own, with ownership costs expected to be lower than average and three years or 36,000 miles of free roadside assistance included. User feedback is mixed, though, with some drivers calling out reliability concerns, mechanical issues, and a feeling that the 4-cylinder engine is sluggish.

The expert evaluation also notes that the car’s build quality is impressive, and it says the model should improve on the previous version’s poor depreciation performance. Chrysler’s ownership-cost message is helped by the free roadside assistance, which is a useful perk for early ownership.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that mixed owner feedback and reported mechanical concerns can make condition and maintenance history especially important.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Chrysler 200?

At 53.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with visible cosmetic wear. Pay close attention to how the car drives, because the expert notes mention visibility, ride quality, and brake feel as areas that can affect day-to-day satisfaction.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base LX is the simplest version, while the Limited adds a voice-controlled 5-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, LED running lights, and 17-inch alloy wheels. The 200S brings a firmer suspension, manual shift controls, dual exhaust outlets, heated side mirrors, darkened exterior trim, fog lights, unique 18-inch wheels, and sport seats, while the 200C adds leather seats, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, rear-seat vents, a 7-inch information display, remote engine start, and a reversing camera.
• Powertrain: You can choose between an inline 4-cylinder and a V6 engine, and some trims are available with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The V6 is described as strong and enthusiastic, while the 4-cylinder is viewed less favorably by some owners.
• Safety package: Chrysler’s SafetyTec Package includes adaptive cruise control with stop and go, frontal-collision warning, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot and cross-traffic detection, rain-sensing wipers, automatic high-beam headlights, and self-parking. Several of these features are available only on the 200C, while blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is also available on the 200S.
• Infotainment: The Uconnect Access system uses an 8.4-inch color touchscreen and includes Bluetooth, text messaging support, navigation, remote access to certain vehicle features, smartphone integration, and mobile Wi-Fi hotspot capability.
• Fuel efficiency: The V6 test car averaged 22 mpg, matching the EPA estimate mentioned in the expert review.

Which 2015 Chrysler 200 trim should I buy?

The 2015 Chrysler 200 is offered in 4 trim levels: LX, Limited, 200S and 200C.

Here's the short version:

• LX: This is the entry point, so it makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model and are comfortable with a simpler feature set.
• Limited: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds the 5-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, LED running lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, and broader access to options without jumping all the way to the top trim.
• 200S: Choose this if you want a more athletic setup, since it adds the firmer suspension, sport seats, manual shift controls, dual exhaust outlets, darkened trim, fog lights, and unique 18-inch wheels.
• 200C: This is the most upscale choice, with leather seats, dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, rear-seat vents, remote start, and the reversing camera. It also unlocks the full SafetyTec Package content, which is a major plus if safety tech matters most to you.

The safety package is especially important here because several of the most advanced driver-assistance features are tied to the highest trim or the package-equipped version.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Chrysler 200?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 26.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 834 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.42% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 53.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $8,128, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Chrysler 200's resale value?

The current average of $8,128 sits slightly below last year's $8,504.

That price movement suggests the model has softened enough to help you buy more affordably today. If you plan to sell later, you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and equipment because the market has already moved downward.

For a future seller, that means a clean history and strong maintenance records matter more than usual. A well-kept example should be easier to position than one with accident history or visible wear.

Is the 2015 Chrysler 200 safe?

The Chrysler 200 earns a Top Safety Pick rating from IIHS, and with the SafetyTec Package it earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

The SafetyTec Package includes adaptive cruise control with stop and go, frontal-collision warning, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot and cross-traffic detection, rain-sensing wipers, automatic high-beam headlights, and self-parking. Several of those features are available only on the 200C, while blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is also available on the 200S.

A key caveat is that the most advanced safety content is not spread evenly across the lineup, so you need to shop carefully if driver assistance matters to you.

Should I buy a 2015 Chrysler 200 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 26.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 53.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.42% compared with last year.
• The expert summary says the 2015 Chrysler 200 looks and feels terrific and represents an overall success in Chrysler’s push to make it a world-class family sedan.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of style, tech, and value in this model year, the 2015 is the one to focus on. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can still shop the market carefully and target the lower end of the range, but you should be extra selective about condition and history.
