Is the 2015 Audi A5 a good car?

Generally — the 4.3/5 user rating points to a model that resonates well with shoppers. The 2015 Audi A5 stands out as a stylish luxury coupe with a premium feel and genuinely sporty hardware, and it pairs that character with all-wheel-drive confidence and a well-appointed cabin. It also offers decent room for four occupants and a generous trunk for a coupe, so you get more everyday usability than the body style might suggest. The tradeoff is that its strongest appeal is style and premium ambiance rather than outright practicality, especially if you need rear-seat space. 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Audi A5 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2015 Audi A5 is presented as a refined, premium coupe with a strong emphasis on style, all-wheel-drive confidence, and a well-appointed cabin. Its appeal comes from a balanced mix of sporty hardware and upscale features rather than from being a stripped-down, high-strung performance car. For used buyers, that usually means the biggest long-term ownership risk is less about the concept of the car and more about finding one that has been maintained carefully and hasn’t been worn down by age or neglect.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Audi A5?

At 57.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention to body condition, panel alignment, interior wear, and signs that the car has been used hard or repaired poorly. Because this model’s appeal is tied closely to its premium feel, condition matters a lot when you’re comparing similar-priced listings.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Audi A5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 207 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.80% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 57.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $11,890, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Audi A5's resale value?

The current average of $11,890 sits slightly below last year's $13,037.

That price movement suggests the model has become more accessible to buyers, which can help you if you’re shopping now but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that a lower entry price today can make it harder to recover a premium later unless your car is especially clean, well-kept, and well-documented. Strong condition and a good ownership record matter more when the market is already pricing the model below its prior-year level.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Audi A5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 57.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.80% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2015 Audi A5 is the better path if you want the strongest mix of value, style, and buyer confidence in this price band. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can still shop nearby years, but the 2015 gives you a compelling balance of current pricing and broad appeal, so it’s the one to prioritize first.
