Inquired about a Tiguan that morning, said it was available, came in to look and it was actually sold the day before - the new owners were actually driving the car away as I was pulling in. The "product specialist" knew nothing about the other Tiguan, admitted she was embarrassed that she didn't know the questions I was asking, and told me she was nervous and felt like she was being interviewed. There was a sizable dent on the car and I asked if there was something they could do about it - they came back at a significantly higher price to fix something they should have fixed before putting the car out to be sold. The "product specialist" would go back and forth many times to speak with her manager - big red flag. This manager also would not come out and meet with us to ease us of our concerns of the sizable dent, multiple scratches and questions the "product specialist" could not answer. Save your time and stay away! "
