Used 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class for Sale nearLos Angeles, CA

How much does the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class cost?

Prices have softened 6.84% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,017 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class a good car?

Yes — the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfortable ride, stylish design, and strong performance, and they also highlight the luxurious interior and broad feature set. For you, that makes it a compelling choice if you want a compact luxury sedan with a premium feel and everyday usability. With 32.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback also points to reliability, dependability, and a car that many drivers feel good about keeping over the long term. That said, used buyers should still plan for a careful inspection because this generation has a mixed reliability record, so long-term ownership risk is best managed by verifying condition and maintenance history before you buy.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

At 49.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing has any accident history or incomplete service records. Focus your condition check on the electrical system, infotainment, and display screens, since those are the kinds of issues buyers should be most careful about on this model.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,017 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.84% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 49.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $9,141, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class's resale value?

The current average of $9,192 sits slightly below last year's $9,867.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you are thinking about future trade-in value, a lower entry price can reduce your total ownership cost, but you should still expect resale to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 32.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 49.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.84% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should focus on the 2014 if you want a lower-priced entry into this generation and value strong owner satisfaction. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2014 makes sense when you can find a clean, well-kept example near the low end of the market; otherwise, it is worth comparing nearby years to see whether a newer model offers a better balance of condition and price.
