Avg. Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "I negotiated a good deal with the sales manager and then sent my assistant to go and get her car. They promised me that all would go as exactly as I had planned. There would be no changes to the deal. So I sent my assistant to go and buy her first brand new car. Long story short when she got there things changed By over $6,000 and then they conveniently forgot all about the pre-negotiated deal even though she went to talk with the person that I had negotiated it with. Then they financed her in a way that was amazingly perilous and expensive for her. Initially she told me that everything worked as I had said. Then she got to looking at the papers and found that the $25,000 car out the door was about 31 by the time everything was said and done. With a 15% interest rate. Suffice to say that I told her to take the car back And walk away from a $1500 down payment because nothing that she did and nothing that they were willing to do for her would make it right and she was only going to lose 10 x that money. I reminded the sales manager John of the prenegotiated deal and asked why it was not honored. They said they never could do the original deal and refused to make it right. And refused to take the 6000$ in extras off the deal. She had poor credit but that is no reason to charge her 6000$ more than the pre arraigned deal. And then finance her at 15%! Whatever you do stay away from these people. Their word is not their bond. They are without honor. It is what it is. Stay away! See my prior 5 Star then read here what I found out really happened. "
