Dealer never told me price of truck after 2 test drives and loan application. Only told me my monthly payment. Left out finance rate, length of loan, amount of loan and down payment. Never explained warranty which was added in without my knowledge. Never explained document fees, tax, title fees until total cost was calculated, which was about $7000 over asking price of the truck.

I went to this dealership and due to they have two locations I went to the wrong one. Due to is runs by the same people I did not get to see this car but they have another that point into my interest and they went all the way to find me the best offer I could have get. Yes, we went home sat down as a consult and called back the Rafael the sales agent and hopefully will pick up the car tomorrow.

I saw a F250 2018 nice truck but the radio was no working back up camara was no working the sensor from parking wasn’t working this dealer get car but their never fix it before to sell the car bad experience I got from this dealer people when you see a car you need to see if everything work in the car

I was about to purchase a car that I had been waiting for for 2 weeks. When I came to get it there was oil all over the floor and we were then told it was from “fixing parts”. This dealership was very sketchy and could not even give me rates on what I would be paying. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE, terrible service, terrible cars.

Was very skeptical about traveling all the way to Selden, Ny for this vehicle. Communication between them and I was spot on; I asked for pictures of the undercarriage, and recieved them expeditiously. The guys that helped me were very professional and not in any kind of rush to push me out the door. The pictures matched the product almost perfectly minus a couple exterior blemishes. Other than that, it was fine and would recommend giving your business to them.
