Just had to say goodbye to my trailblazer after 15 years. Was incredibly reliable until the end, then just got to be too much to keep fixing, though it still has lots of life left. One problem I did have that never got resolved was the dashboard indicators got out of sync, and couldnt fix without taking the whole thing apart. Appeared to be a somewhat common problem, though that happened sometime around 2020.

I bought a 2006 Trailblazer after 5 years with a Pathfinder, and I love it. It has great pickup, rides like a car (the Pathfinder was rough, like a truck) and has lots of room on the inside. I can fit three car seats in the back seat. My only complaint is it only comes in an automatic, and I prefer a stick... but few SUVs feature manual transmissions these days (only the Xterra and Sante Fe when I was car shopping). It handles great in the snow, and gets relatively good mileage for a car this size - about 23 on the highway, 18 around town. I also secretly love that it's classified as a truck.

Well this vehicle has everything most luxury cars come with as well as a 390hp motor in the more compact blazer package. Truly fine American muscle

The Corvette motor in the SUV is a great idea. The power from acceleration is exciting, and the feel is even better because you typically only get this in a sports car that's much lower to the ground. It's a shame 2009 was the last year for Chevy's highpowered SUV.
