I knew the approximate value of the car (KBB, Edmunds, recent sales, etc.). When I saw the car online, I contacted Mass Motors and arranged a test drive. I was a bit worried, since the car was such a great deal! When I arrived, Aziz was pleasant and professional. He had the car ready for me to take out. The car was exactly as advertised. The price was under Blue Book and worth every penny! Sure, with 126,000 miles it had a few minor scratches and dings, but for $100 at a local body shop, the car now looks brand new! Aziz connected me with DCU for financing, which was easy and incredibly fast (pre-approved for 3.9 % interest over the phone - went by the branch and picked up the check!). Aziz also gave me a perfectly fair offer for my older Lexus I was trading in. There was no pressure and no tension. He is friendly and fair. The entire transaction took less than an hour and I was out the door in this amazing Lexus hybrid! Although I live an hour away, I will recommend Mass Motors to everyone I know. My son will be purchasing his first car in a few months, and we will definitely do business with Mass Motors again. Seriously, Aziz approaches this business with a mindset that might be different from other car dealers -- he's not trying to rip anybody off or get the most out of every deal. He just wants to make a living by increasing his sales volume through happy customers who spread the word. As a business owner myself, I find his perspective refreshing."
