Dealer Rating: (22 reviews) "Delt with them for 3 days befor I came in and they conviently couldn't find the keys after I drove 120 miles then the rough estimate on my vehicle over the phone was a total sham as when I showed up they told me it was worth 1/10 of the lowest possible trade in, all the while they have the same exact truck as mine with 45k more miles for 12000. That's ten times what they were going to offer me all the while lieing to my face saying they would only ask 3 for mine it was a joke the north lot is even worse they claimed I dealt with the village idiot at the south lot (salemanangers exact words in email) and that my truck was worth 5-7 in the worst shape based on kbb so reluctantly I got back in the truck and drove another 135 miles this time to the north lot where they then pulled the ( i have to go but here's my partner he will get you taken care of scam) they then ran around lookjng for the keys again!!!!! Befor telling me sorry you drove 2 and half hours we just can't make a deal unless you want to finance a new vehicle which is the furtherst thing in the world from what I was trying to do . So after driving a total of 5 almost 600 miles to both of these highway roadtraps and being treated as a joke both times I went to motor city area of Colorado springs and a real car lot took care of me offered me 7500 for my truck ended up trading into an suv I wanted and cut me a check I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy wouldn't even trade me a 2000$ 265miles 2wd gas truck for mine went 20 mins away got 3 and times what they offered. Both other new chevy and gmc lots also offered my 5500 to 6400 for my truck as well. They want you to have to buy from them they live for you to have no choice and they got the wrong one this time. By the way guys my disabled son and wife (the whole reason i needed to trade down )wanted me to thank you for wasting our time and money. Mike maroone you need to clean house in both lots it's disgraceful. As someone whos bought and sold 26 thru dealerships this year it's pathetic the way your dealership is being run i know you didn't get this far treating people like that ."
