The dealer contacted me, and I decided to stop by to see the car inside. It turned out that they do not have the car i was looking for and the sales person was like, "well, damn". Everyone was minding their own and paying little to none attention to us.

Dealer had contacted me and wanted me to come check out this 2017 GLI for sale for 19,800. with 15k miles. I had known everything about the model and what it goes for. Soon as I get to this dealership I call and tell them i am outside near the car. I was unattended to for 20 or so minutes. After informing the salesman i was a SERIOUS buyer and was ready to take it right off the lot. I decided to see what my monthly payment would be. Knowing it would be between 280 to the max of 350 a month. This guy told me 486 a month for 72 months. thats $34,992 I walked right away. These guys are crooks. after they knowingly knew i had driven 2 hours to see the car and take it!

The car had cosmetic damage (scratches on the paint) the tires were dry rotted and definitely unsafe. Also, the rims had excessive curb damage. During my test drive, the sunroof was not sealed properly and had wind noise emanating from it. When the doors closed, the air pressure popped the sunroof up as well. On a plus side, the salesman was very professional.

We bought the car. Service was excellent. They are very professional at Balise. We are very satisfied with the car.
