I haven't bought a car from a dealership in years and I was bracing for the worst, but my existing at Balise Toyota was easy with no pressure and straightforward. I would definitely consider buying from Balise in the future.

They made an appointment,called to make sure and when I questioned them to make sure I was getting the trade in price they offered they told me the car was sold. Car is still available..wouldn't go to them if the giving away 20,000$.

Spoke a few times on the phone, mostly text. Had to do a lot of leg work on my end getting info on the truck as far as recalls and such. Dealer didn’t want to adjust his doc fee of $889 which is super high so I walked from the deal.

Even though we did not end up buying the car Tim was great to deal with. All of the cars on his lot were in good to excellent condition.
