The staff at Balisse Nissan was incredibly helpful. Wendy was attentive and kind and worked so hard to be sure I was happy. This dealership was a two hour drive for me, but Wendy and the staff made it worth it.

Live an hour and a half away, tried to get basic questions about veteran, discounts, and applying EV rebates, went back-and-forth, apparently with an automated system, but didn’t know. Then they sold the car out from under me without actually answering the questions over a week.! I would never buy a vehicle from here!

I worked with Allan, who was available for any and all questions I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he was upfront and went to ask someone who would know rather than making up an answer. He had the vehicle up front and ready for me to test drive and was understanding when I had to run to the bank multiple times. He brought the vehicle to get detailed, put the plates on, and filled the tank before I left. Even offered to help me connect my phone to the cars infotainment. 10/10 highly recommend, I felt no pressure to purchase before, during, or after my test drive.

I haven't bought a car from a dealership in years and I was bracing for the worst, but my existing at Balise Toyota was easy with no pressure and straightforward. I would definitely consider buying from Balise in the future.
