- Within hours of my inquiry Balise Lexus responded, letting me know my vehicle was still available and when would be a convenient time for a test drive. -The Listing accuracy was “Spot On” accurately describing the vehicle of interest. -On-site experience. The car was clean and ready for a lengthy test drive. The dealership allowed me to take it overnight and out of state. A true selling point! -The Customer service was outstanding. My Senior Sales Rep. is one of the best. Also my technology rep. and finance. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone. I highly recommend Lexus’ CPO program. Top in the industry.

Car was phenomenal. It was everything I wanted in a used vehicle. It looked brand new. When I reviewed the incentives and rebates currently available on brand new vehicles,I bought a new vehicle instead from this dealer.

Battery dead when I went to test drive car. Couldn't wait around for jump due to a prior appointment. Sales person Kate was excellent and accommodating. Unfortunately the car sold in the few days it took me to get back for a test drive.

Everything about this dealership ROCKS! Completely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The surroundings are beautiful and comfortable. I was so pleased with everyone I worked with, especially my salesman, Ed Ladika. When I drove up to the dealership he was waiting outside to greet me!

Would highly recommend Balise Lexus, their professionalism and service is top notch. Isaac made it a pleasant experience, which is really not the norm or the experience I have had with other dealership. The whole team at Balise is best in class, and will happily refer friends and family to this business.

I had a great experience with the sales men. I was contacted right away. Setup test drive. I also had a great experience with the finance manager. Made my experience very easy, explained everything. The sales manager was a complete jerk and would never buy a car from him. I had to fight to get the price dropped $500 but I loved this dealership otherwise. I bought the vehicle and I am very happy.

Balise was very helpful and very credible. The RX350 that I responded to sold quickly after I saw it, but they matched me up with a different RX350 that I liked better. I feel I get a fair price and got treated with great customer service. I left Landrover and went back to Lexus due to bad customer service on a corporate and dealer level. Thanks Lexus.
