Volkswagen dealerships near me (Waldorf, MD)

A most unpleasant experience. I put a deposit on a GTI, managers called me with 2 different stories as to why they can't now sell me the car. Utter BS. They can't even get their stories straight. Misled me, and then took days to refund me my $5000 deposit. Come to find out they sold it to another party. The smiling sales girl (Zobia) just ghosted me and would not call me at all. A all around disgraceful exhibition by this staff and managers, esp Robb...I would avoid this dealership...good day!

Asked for more pictures and only got video of outside of the vehicle. Was called and asked what do i think, I told them that I only saw the outside of the vehicle and was told he didn't have the key at the time of video. I figured if you want to sell me a $22,000 plus vehicle you would have prepared better.

I had a trade with 2 verified offers from 2 other dealerships that matched book value trade. They would not even come close to these offers and argued that the value of my trade was based off the value of the vehicle I was buying, which is absurd. To make it even worse, it was an apples to apples comparison. I was looking at the exact same new car at another dealership. This dealership is a waste of time. I bought the car I wanted but from a different dealership.

The best feeling is when a customer is met at the door and the team of car professionals walks with you step-by-step until your need is met with the car that best suits what you had in mind.

The dealer needs to provide clear information and be transparent up front.

Brought the car everything was wrong with it. Scratches on the curb rash put the car on the sixth and I still haven’t got the car yet and it’s going on the 12th a whole week and a half later. Worst experience I ever had buying a car.
