Made a deal on the car and when I came to speak to the sales person, I was told that the car was being sold as we speak. This is after confirming the deal in writing, securing the funding and a good handshake to confirm. I usually trade every couple of years and though I know losing my business won’t break them, treat enough people this way and it will. Very disappointed.
