I had an appointment to see a car, and even though you called me a few hours before to confirm, you sold the car before I arrived. That’s really disappointing and unprofessional. On top of that, they tried to push me toward a more expensive car in worse condition, which felt misleading. I don’t appreciate how this was handled.
