Sales person very friendly and not pushy on a sale

Initially, the dealer replied right away. When I asked for out the door numbers and a sight unseen trade in offer on a Tuesday near the end of the day, the salesperson said they would get them to me on Thursday because they were off work on Wednesday. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase. If the deal was right, I was ready to pull the trigger, just wasn't going to jump on any deal that I found. Fast forward, they never gave me the numbers, and I never heard back from them. Two weeks later they still have the vehicle, and I traveled elsewhere to purchase.

What should have been a mutually beneficial experience for both of us turned into a major pain. After purchasing the car and being promised the correct keys to the vehicle, it has now been almost 4 weeks and no communication on getting the proper keys that were promised. After many unanswered calls and unanswered emails. I have all but given up. I like the car but the dealership is a waste of time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM if you can avoid it.

Excellent communication, I saw a car I wanted and it sold before my scheduled appointment. They had the courtesy to call me and tell me it sold prior to me showing up. Most car dealers wouldn’t disclose that transparency.
