Chris the salesman working with us was a true gentleman and was always very professional and knowledgeable. He treated my whole family like they were his family also and made us very happy with the car and the deal my wife ended up buying. My son and I are going to be continuing him soon to discuss some other cats and trucks we are both interested in. I’m confident he will take good care of us.

I would not recommend them, the salesman was very friendly but management would not negotiate a penny or price match the exact same car at another local dealer. When I say exact that means sticker price exact and Joe Myers Toyota vehicle had 600 more miles. Disappointed with my experience with Joe Myers Toyota.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I reached out multiple times asking for additional photos of a vehicle, but instead of anyone actually helping, I kept getting the same generic message from different sales reps. No one ever sent the photos I specifically requested. When I finally decided to visit in person, I was told the car had already been sold. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of communication and consideration for potential customers. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

On Dec 30th We set an appointment for 6:30 pm. I drove more than one hour to get to the dealer . I meet the salesmen and told me that was going to get the keys but he forgot about us. We were waiting there for almost 90 minutes . He never came back . Finally I was very upset leaving the dealer and a manager saw us and found another salesman that attended us well. The new salesman told us that the car WAS SOLD IN THE MORNING . . It means that the first vendor just lied to us . It was the worst car dealer experience in my life . No respect and lies to me and my wife I will never ever back to that place

I was contacted by the internet sales manager Marcy and told she had the vehicle we wanted to buy in hand. We told her we were on our way (our drive was about an hour) she told us it was no worries she had the vehicle. We arrive at the dealership, waited over 30 minutes for her to come out and she never showed. I called her twice and no answer. We were then approached by a gentleman who said he would help us in stead of Marcy even though when I asked someone else while we were waiting for her to show inform us it was against company rules/policy for them to help me since Marcy had already reached out and started the process. I told him we were there to see the specific car Marcy had her “hands on.” He then proceeded to bring a manager to us who informed us the car had been sold and was no longer on the lot. It sold in less than an hour of us arriving, sounds like poor customer service, bait and switch. Teach your employees to be better humans
