Imo was fantastic! The entire team made buying a car easy and it was not stressful! I felt like I was treated like family!

They knew we were 2 hours away and driving to see the car. The hard pulled my credit got me easily approved then 15 minutes before we get there they text saying someone else was coming to look at the car as well. You know the ending.... we get there the other people had just got there so they bought the car. The did try to sell us a similar model in a different color with 50K more miles on it. They then tried to educate us on first come first serve sales. We get it. Don't hard pull credit if you're gonna sell the car to someone else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

My experience with the dealership management was disappointing and unsatisfactory. Initially, the manager offered a $1,000 discount. However, when I mentioned I had another appointment and would return later, they agreed. When I came back and asked about the same offer, they refused to honor what had been previously committed. This was very frustrating, especially since I drove one way 1.5 hours based on that understanding. I expected better transparency and consistency. Unfortunately, this experience has impacted my trust in the dealership.

We made a cash deal with them to buy this car. Filled out paperwork, the next day they were supposed to deliver the car, we called and they said oh sorry we sold that car to another dealership! What????

I had the pleasure of working with Lonnie. My wife and I enjoyed getting to know him while going through the purchase process. He really made the whole experience painless and pressure free. Thank you Lonnie! All the folks we interacted with that day treated us very well, and we’ll be back should the need arise.

Spoke to them 3x on the phone and even took out a loan for the car for them to call back and say they sold it the day before. A whole credit pull for nothing.
