Toyota dealerships near me (Latham, NY)

Yesterday me and my wife had appointment with Romeo of glen and spoke with Jenn and confirmed ower appointment buy email at 12:45 for 3:15 ask what paperwork I need to bring the car home that day and got that all together left my house for a one hour drive (also Jenn sent me a video of the vehicle that convenience use to go see it ) when we got there at 3pm we walk in and was greeted sat down then was told it was just being sold to someone else and if there loan didn’t go through then we can go look at it. So we stayed and looked around to see if there’s anything else that we were interested in the sales men was very nice that’s why I give them a 3 star. Do to the miss communication with this dealerships we wouldn’t go back.
