Toyota dealerships near me (Falls Church, VA)

Tried to connect with this dealership twice through the Cars Guru app listing and never got a response.

While my salesperson Andrew and finance manager Alex were helpful, overall this was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had in nearly 50 years. I purchased this 2019 Toyota Yaris and began noticing problems almost immediately. We left for a previously planned trip shortly afterward, and when we returned, I took the vehicle to Heritage Toyota for my required Maryland inspection. The vehicle FAILED inspection and required repairs. I returned to Koons within three weeks of purchasing it and asked to return the vehicle, but they would not refund my $4,000 down payment. I ultimately had to trade the Yaris and lost thousands of dollars in the process. Beyond the financial loss, this ordeal cost me countless hours dealing with inspections, repairs, trips back to the dealership (which was an hour away from my home), and ultimately replacing a vehicle I had owned for less than a month. I would not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership ever again.

Sid Swamy was a great salesman. Showed us everything we wanted and was very knowledgeable. The indoor warehouse experience with A/C was great as all the cars were clean and open to look at. A different and enjoyable car buying experience.

Excellent and professional service

Everything was first class; great salesman, attentive, answered questions to the extent he could, provided a carmax without asking, accompanied me on a test drive, sales manager called n would have been a bit flexible on the price. Ultimately,I decided the Honda EX was just not the model and trim that I want.

They just tell you lie make you go all the way to the dealership and don’t have the vehicle that you’re looking for they will offer you different trim and model

It's an exciting experienced with Jim Coleman Toyota. They provided me with goods costumers service, and gave me the best rate of financing. I enjoyed every detail explanation they gave me on the highlander platinum max. Everything was very quick, and I drove out with my car happily after completing the necessary documentation process.

The process could have been a little faster but I’ll purchase from them again. Mr Henry was helpful. Thanks

Working with Arman and Ashna was great. Transparent and willing to negotiate over the phone since I was quite a distance away. I appreciate that! Finance guy tried to sell extra warranty but when I asked about what the gold certified warranty covered he told me I had to ask the sales folks. It was a little frustrating. All in, good experience and would buy again!
