The dealership was extremely helpful and covered every base with me I'm grateful to have the opportunity to be serviced by this dealership and now I'm trying to get a cosigner but they have one above and beyond the call of duty to get me financed and the vehicle from that dealership

I have asked 5 times for photos and more details and got zero response. Very bad communication skills.

Was buying car outright so no financing hassle. In and out in no-time!

The staff ghosted me after a few communications. They stopped responding.

Tried to connect with this dealership twice through the Cars Guru app listing and never got a response.

Very disappointed. The car was fine, but when we got to the point of talking about the price, they were a disaster. They calculated the service fee twice, and the explanation was very sad, like the dealership doesn't make any money by reselling the car. Okay, a one-time or two-time fee makes no sense. Then they calculated taxes half a percent higher for no reason, like they don't sell cars in the DMV area. On top of everything was the price they offered for the trade. In other words, their service fee and selling price are perfect for an even higher tax percentage, but the trade-in car is worth almost nothing, and they will make you a favor. Very, very sad and disrespectful. I will never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
