Toyota dealerships near me (Burlingame, CA)

The worst experience of my life. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Never in my life I'll do business with Victory Toyota.

We went to the dealer for a car. I found online while there. My wife picked a different car. We had no pressure. Add all from either car. The salesman was very helpful. We went on a test drive? And she liked the other car. It was simple and easy.

Traveled 3 and a half hours away for the vehicle. Once we arrived Jayson showed us the vehicle and offered to take us for a test drive. We paid the sticker price and I arranged the financing ahead of time. It was a quick and easy transaction.

I have called, left messages, text with a representative, spoken with 3 sales people, and have accomplished nothing. Each person gives me a different answer. I have been told they will not allow the car to be shipped, will not sell any car out of state, will only take cash for their vehicles in person, and other odd information. Each person I speak with is confused and transfers me to another sales person and I eventually get the sale manager's voice mail. No one ever returns any calls. Pathetic.

I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.

Communication was spotty at best. Danced around my questions so i had to repeat my questions to finally get answers and still did not answer my questions directly. For example do you provide delivery services or would it be a third party service! No direct answer was given.

Jose said I would get a “ out the door “ cost for car. Never happened. Instead he suggested I come in.

Was never told that the vehicle I wanted to see was sold already. I drove 45 mins to get there but who cares right?
