I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.

The experience felt straightforward and low pressure, and the process was quick and smooth. He even stayed a little late to help finalize everything for us. We love our 2023 Honda Pilot. Over this experience was actually really great. Karnoush was amazing if he’s available get him! Seriously. We are from Sonora and we do well with REAL honesty. Our direct sale guy was that, the owner you could really tell was trying to sell us kn the fact that they did a lot to this vehicle, and it was ALL standard stuff that any car dealership would do, and used it as a non negotiating point and wouldn’t move barely at all on the price. They DID get us the monthly numbers, but I am also well aware that the is ways to do it. I looked up the Kelly blue book trade in value of the car from multiple dealerships and the main guy wasn’t even trying to hear it.
